Hi, my name is Deborah and I am currently studying Biomedical Science at the University of Sheffield! I have always loved biology, and at A-level I was also fascinated by psychology and maths, achieving A, A* and A in the subjects respectively. I have over 30 hours of experience tutoring, and I can ensure that I will do my best in helping you learn, combining my knowledge of the subjects, my understanding of what it feels like to be a bit left behind in school, and lots of positivity to prepare you for exams. I will use a combination of multiple choice and written answer questions to assess exam technique and utilise memorisation techniques such as blurting, mind maps and flashcards to ensure content is well understood and retained, even under pressure. If your notes from class aren’t great, I can help supplement them by going through resources together or with my own concise digital notes which helped me ace my exams.
