Starting as part-time leader of learning before progressing to Geography head of department. Whilst in this role I oversaw effective curriculum delivery, exam and report management.
Exam preparation guidance for KS4 and KS5 as well as supporting with student coursework, essay writing, study techniques and revision planning.
Developed materials which were relevant to learning styles and abilities.
