Hello there!!

My name is Dávid, I am a Hungarian/Serbian national who moved to Scotland to pursue my dreams of becoming a lawyer in the UK.

I graduated from the University of Glasgow with Honours of the First Class, currently undertaking my DPLP before commencing my traineeship in September.

I am happy to assist law students in Scotland with any coursework, revision, or exam preparation! I am also available for advice and mentoring sessions for law students looking to secure vacation schemes and traineeships with law firms, or those who generally seek to hone their writing skills / legal problem solving skills. Finally, I’m also available for mentoring sessions for aspiring law students if they, for example, need help with their personal statement.

I have mentoring and teaching experience both at the University of Glasgow, as well as back in Hungary.

I am generally quite easy going, I make it my priority that any teaching sessions I undertake are a welcoming and safe space for everybody. I believe teaching should consist of positive reinforcement and the aim is to identify, improve and capitalise on my students’ pre-existing talents.

In my free time I love to travel, my partner and I regularly do backpacking trips. I love a good night out, reading books, writing poetry, passing the hours on my PS5, as well as going to the gym or playing volleyball.
