My method is spontaneous coaching style, letting client lead. Topics depend on client interest and learning needs. As a values trainer for years, I developed my capability of drawing out potential to kickstart client in taking steps forward toward his/her certain and clear goal.

I have no English language degree but my grades in the English subject were A's since primary school to university; passed my IELTS once for my UK visa and travel to the States from time to time without any communication barrier. I'm not a native speaker as I am from the Philippines and that only proves my ability with English as a second/foreign language. I will be able to relate well with clients because of my first-hand experience as I know the difficulties of learning the language and how to overcome them. I've been speaking English for 30 years now. I might lack the accent, though British people would say they hear me with American accent, but I can express myself well and on point.

In my coaching, I also incorporate topics outside of the English language per se. I find something in the client that I can relate to or be interested to learn to make my sessions more engaging and fun!

Here are some things about me that can make easier for clients to connect:
I love Japanese culture, JPop/JRock and anime.
I've been to a lot of youth leadership summits engaging in plenary sessions.
I was a part of a team developing course materials for values training, implementing programs, facilitating seminars and doing public speaking.
I am a registered nurse currently working in dialysis.
I love travelling (on my own).
I did boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai for fitness during the pandemic.
I was into a bit of ornament plant business before I came to the UK.
