Each session starts with a brief check-in so we can focus on the areas you find most challenging and make the best use of our time together.

I break down complex psychological theories, research methods, and key studies into clear, manageable sections, using real-life examples and simple explanations to support understanding. I place a strong emphasis on helping you understand why concepts work, not just memorising information, so you can confidently apply your knowledge in exams and assignments. Where helpful, we practise exam questions, essay planning, and critical thinking skills to improve both clarity and structure in your answers.

I create a calm, encouraging environment where questions are always welcome, and mistakes are treated as part of the learning process. As a psychology student with experience working with people, I understand the pressure students can feel and aim to make lessons both productive and reassuring.
