An author of English Language curriculum materials with over 25 years of teaching experience. I am currently working as a Cover Supervisor with New Directions Education in North Wales, United Kingdom, where I cover substantive teachers in the high schools in their absence. My roles include, effective classroom management, child safeguarding, supervision of students' assessments and exercises and offering teaching support within the instructional contract.
I use, question and answer, discussion, activity-based, role-playing, group discussions and presentations Focused Group Discussions, audio-visual, visual, audio, and field trips as my teaching techniques and pedagogies.
I also, provide, prompt feedback and motivation ( both intrinsic and extrinsic) to whip students enthusiasm in the teaching-learning contract.
I have a very strong and effective communication skills in the use of the English Language both in written and spoken media.
I possess a strong emotional intelligence, people skill, team work and effective leadership qualities, and do relate well with my students thus, receiving massive acceptability by students in every school I have ever visited or taught both in Ghana West-Africa and the United Kingdom ( Notth Wales in particular).
I have a good teacher-teacher rapport as well ad teacher-parent interactions, and show respect for authority.
