Daniel Guile

Hello, I’m Daniel and i have recently finished my A-Level in Photography of which i received a Grade A in. At the minute i am Studying Business Finance at the University of York. I am confident I am knowledgeable and helpful towards others in improving their photography work whether it be the quality of their photos or bringing clarity and teaching the editing process and understanding Adobe applications such as Photoshop and Lightroom as well as being able to teach certain features within those applications.

The exam board that i am most comfortable teaching is AQA as that is what i completed my A-Level for Photography in. Other exam boards shouldn’t prove to be an issue, the process and ways marks are achieved are very universal.

At this moment i have minimal teaching experience although I feel I know quite well how to help others to improve and score more marks in their work.

In sessions i would aim to fullfill the needs of my students whether that is help operating a camera, achieving desired outcomes in adobe Lightroom and or Photoshop, guidance on how to structure a portfolio and guidance on the in person exams.

Before each lesson it would be very much appreciated if i am given a rough idea about what i would be helping with specifically as it gives me time to plan the lesson and therefore make the most of the time. I also am open to a quick 5 minute free call before beginning any lessons together.
