First and foremost understanding the learner is key.His level of understanding provides the tutor the recipe to deliver adopted must be learner centered.In situation of teaching more than one student,a method must carry everyone along.Instructional method must be dynamic,as no single method is the best.Active must be active learner rather than being passive during classes. Using modern method of passing instruction (AI) along has had setbacks in making students to be propelled to research in practical.
I design my teaching plan in a way to catch the students interest by conducting practicals on almost all topics planned for.That not withstanding,it must be tailored in relation to the national curriculum. Assignments are very crucial to engaging the student to work.This scaffolds the young students for independent learning at later stages of their education.
