My lessons are friendly, structured, and focused on helping you feel confident using ICT and digital tools in real-life situations. I begin by getting to know your current level, goals, and any concerns you may have, especially if you feel unsure or nervous about using computers. From there, I tailor each lesson to suit your pace and learning style.

Lessons are practical and hands-on. We work through clear, step-by-step activities rather than rushing through theory. I use everyday examples such as email, online forms, documents, internet safety, job searching, and basic software skills, so what you learn is immediately useful. I explain things in plain language, avoid jargon, and encourage questions at any point.

I have many years of experience teaching ICT and Computer Science, including supporting adult learners and beginners who may have had negative experiences with learning in the past. I’m patient, calm, and supportive, and I understand that everyone learns differently. Mistakes are treated as part of the learning process, not something to worry about.

Each session includes guided practice, time to try things independently, and clear feedback so you can see your progress. I’m happy to repeat topics, revisit skills, or slow things down when needed. Whether you’re learning for work, everyday life, confidence, or assessments, my aim is to help you build practical digital skills and feel comfortable using technology on your own.
