My teaching style focuses on creating a welcoming, student-centered environment to foster both academic success and a genuine enjoyment of science. Every student is unique – I take time to understand each student’s strengths, areas for growth, and preferred learning styles.

I use active listening to identify not only academic needs but also the student’s interests and motivations.My approach is rooted in evidence-based pedagogical strategies.

I scaffold learning, break complex topics into manageable steps, and adapt explanations to suit individual learners.

I encourage metacognition—helping students think about how they learn best.
