I am experienced in building successful businesses and in doing so then I have encountered my obstacles and difficulties.

Planning is absolutely critical in building any business and a solid realistic Business Plan is essential as a building block. However, the plan will constantly change to reflect the direction of the business as it develops over time.

Every business has obstacles that need to be overcome and the joy of running your own business is the challenge and ability to overcome those obstacles as they arise. It can be a lonely life when running your own business and this where my expertise and experience can be most helpful.

I can be there to support your business journey by looking at the problems, whatever they may be and provide ideas and suggestions that will allow those problems to be overcome. It is often necessary to stand back from the business, take stock of the situation, seek guidance and advice then make a plan to resolve the problem.

I can help with marketing, sourcing finance, strategic planning, re-structuring, employment matters, re-training, fire fighting and trouble shooting.

I am well versed into resolving problems that may seem unsurmountable in the first instance. I believe that by thoroughly understanding the issues and then preparing a plan of action will invariably overcome the difficulty.
