Once decided we are, we will start to explore how you feel, what is holding you back, what the reasons are for the way you feel, act etc.
We will then together find the tools that will help you to see things clearer, from a different perspective and to be able to get back to being grounded and ready to tackle the world as it were.
There are so many factors and each person is different, so a personal approach is how I work.
We will use journalling, breathwork, meditations, and a lot of reflection. Looking back to see where it all began, what it is that triggers you time and again and how to get out of the triggers. You will learn more about yourself and how you operate and I will be your guide to discovery.
You put in the work, you get out what you're looking for and it will make you feel so much better.
When we connect I iwill give you access to some of the feedback I've had working with teenagers, young adults and adults.
And if for some reason, we are not a good fit, you will still go away with some tools which may help you along your journey of life. You are worth it and should grant yourself the luxury of a coach, whether it be more or someone else.
