Spanish is the language of passion. Speaking it is like dancing, and that is how I approach my lessons: expression within structure.
First, there is the pledge: I assess the student’s level with casual conversation. And I understand in which context they will be using their Spanish in.
Second is the turn: I focus on one line of conversation the student is likely to use and ensure they remember it.
Then the prestige: I use teaching materials to deliver concepts and grammatical structures the student will apply to make connections in every day situations.
Finally, the curtain: the constant practice of communication skills will allow the student to hold a conversation on a topic related to previous lessons or what was covered in that class.
I am professionally trained, holding a postgraduate degree in teaching Spanish as a Second Language from the European University of Miguel de Cervantes in Spain.
I rely on materials from the ELE course advocated by Miguel de Cervantes University, which is suitable for absolute beginners, seasoned experts and everyone in between.
I promise I will teach you the art of Spanish one lesson at a time.
I look forward to hear from you.
