Clarissa O'halloran

Hi, I am Clarissa. I am 27 years old and I am a trained English teacher who lives in the UK. I have been tutoring for the past two years, to both students in the UK and abroad. I have a calm and patient approach and I love to support learners who are struggling to access English. I have a passion for helping and supporting others and I enjoy seeing my students grow and develop. I teach a broad range of students from age 4-17 and I would be interested in supporting most people. My specialism is based in secondary age students (11-16), but I do have experience of working with both younger and older students as well. I have a lot of experience of working with students who have additional needs such as ADHD and Autism. In my current role, I am a tutor for students who are not accessing education. I am flexible with my working hours and would be happy to support most people with learning English/developing their skills. I would say that my biggest strength is that I am a warm and bubbly person, and I understand how it feels to struggle. I am accepting of all students and would encourage anybody who feels they need extra support with English to reach out to me and I can offer my help.
