My sessions are structured, practical and focused on real gaining clear outcomes. I don’t just “talk things through”, I help students understand what’s getting in their way and give them tools to move forward.
Each session is tailored to the individual. We start by getting clear on what they want to achieve, whether that’s improving focus, managing academic stress, building confidence, reducing procrastination, anxiety-related barriers or getting organised with their workload. From there, we break things down into simple, manageable steps so it feels achievable, not overwhelming.
I use a combination of coaching and NLP techniques to support this. That might include helping students reframe negative thinking, challenge unhelpful beliefs, or build more useful habits and routines. I also focus a lot on accountability, making sure students leave each session with clear actions they can actually follow through on.
The sessions are relaxed but purposeful. I create a space where students feel comfortable to be honest, but I will also challenge them when needed to help them grow.
My background in mentoring young people means I understand the pressures students are under, both academically and personally. I bring that real-world experience into every session, alongside my formal training in life coaching and NLP.
The aim is always the same, to help students build confidence, take control and make consistent progress, not just short-term improvements. I can build strong rapport and trust quickly, helping students feel comfortable while also supporting them with structure, study planning and practical tools to stay focused
