I strongly believe in a "needs analysis" to determine what you (the client) need to be satisfied.

Clair is a fantastic tutor. She is friendly and approachable, motivating and inspiring. I have found her subject knowledge outstanding and she explains her reasoning well. She can adapt her lessons to cover English for Academic Purposes, Business English and cover a variety of exam techniques to ensure admission to college or promotions at work. Her materials are easy to understand, save for study at other convenient times, and her feedback is standardised and easy to understand. She has made something I usually find laborious fun, light and enjoyable. Could not rate her highly enough. Thank you for all your help so far, and I look forward to our continued collaboration.
