My lessons are practical, relaxed, and focused on building real troubleshooting confidence. I do not just walk through theory or slide decks because we work through actual scenarios that you are likely to encounter on macOS and Windows systems, step by step. I believe the best way to learn IT support is by doing, so my sessions are very hands on. You will practice identifying the root cause of issues, using built in tools, reviewing system behaviour, and applying fixes in a clear and methodical way.
I have been teaching Apple support for over ten years, working with everyone from complete beginners to people already in IT looking to strengthen their skills. I also have solid technical experience with Windows systems from my education and professional background, so I am comfortable teaching both platforms and explaining how they differ in design, behaviour, and troubleshooting approach.
Lessons are built around your goals. We might look at core system settings, user management, storage and backups, network troubleshooting, hardware diagnostics, software conflicts, security settings, or general workflow efficiency. If you are aiming to build toward an IT support role, we can also cover real service desk practices, communication tips, and how to explain solutions clearly to others.
The pace is calm, the environment is friendly, and questions are always encouraged. The aim is for you to leave each session with not just instructions, but understanding so that you can solve issues confidently on your own and continue developing your skills independently over time. I always adapt to each learner’s needs.
