Hands-On Computer Support Training with an Experienced Instructor

I teach practical IT support and troubleshooting skills for both macOS and Windows. My lessons are hands-on and built around real situations you’ll actually encounter, whether that’s fixing software issues, managing user accounts, solving network problems, or understanding how the systems think.

I’ve spent over ten years teaching Apple support and also have strong experience working with Windows environments. I support learners at all levels, from complete beginners to those looking to progress into an IT support role.

My lessons are calm, supportive, and paced to suit you. The aim is to give you confidence and understanding, not just steps to repeat.
