Services I offer:
-online training if desired, however, early on it will be necessary to see you in person, unless you have an aversion to doing so, in order to check your exercise biomechanics.
-park based workouts
-gym based workouts (typically the fastest way to results)

-14 years experience of highly intense cardio and resistance training.

Qualifications:
-level 2&3 accredited in personal training
-high level science qualifications
