My lessons are tailored to each student’s level, goals, and learning style. I aim to make mathematics clear, engaging, and intuitive, while also developing the problem-solving skills and confidence needed to tackle unfamiliar problems.

I have a PhD in mathematics and experience as a postdoctoral researcher, as well as several years of experience tutoring and mentoring both Master’s and PhD students. This has given me experience explaining complex mathematical ideas in a clear and accessible way, from fundamental concepts through to more advanced and specialised topics.

Lessons can be structured around a particular course or syllabus, preparing for exams, working through problem sets, or developing a deeper understanding of a subject. I typically combine explanations and examples with guided problem-solving, encouraging students to work through problems themselves while providing support and feedback when needed.
