Chloe Aucouturier

i'm a native Italian speaker with around four years of experience teaching Italian as a foreign language to students with different levels, goals and backgrounds.
My lessons are always adapted to the individual student. Some learners want to improve their conversation skills, others need help with grammar, writing, pronunciation or vocabulary, while others are studying Italian for work, university, travel or personal interest. For this reason, I do not follow exactly the same programme with everyone: I create personalised lessons and materials according to what each student actually needs.
During my lessons, I like to combine clear grammar explanations with practical activities and real communication. We can work on conversation, reading, listening, writing and vocabulary, while regularly reviewing previous topics so that new structures become easier to use naturally.
I try to create a relaxed and comfortable learning environment where students are not afraid of making mistakes. I believe mistakes are an essential part of learning a language, and my goal is to help students understand them and progressively become more confident and independent.
I also prepare personalised exercises and homework when useful, especially to reinforce specific grammar points or vocabulary covered during the lesson. My aim is not only to help students understand Italian, but to help them actually use it confidently in everyday situations.
