I’ve been teaching for three years…
The lesson plan will be based on my students current learning capability… I’ll continue work from where he/she should have stopped learning or has no further knowledge of the course…. I use a very unique of teaching. My students always excel because I’m patient and I understand that not all students have the same learning capability… So I work according to their pace but also putting a little pressure on them to work and learn effectively.
