My lessons are structured, engaging and tailored to each student’s needs. As a QTS-certified Chemistry teacher with over 10 years of experience teaching GCSE, IGCSE and A Level, I understand both the subject content and the exam expectations required for success.
Each lesson begins with a quick review of prior knowledge to identify gaps and strengthen understanding. I then introduce concepts using clear explanations, guided examples and real exam-style questions. I break complex topics such as organic chemistry, energetics, equilibrium and electrochemistry into simple, logical steps to ensure students build strong foundations.

A key focus of my lessons is exam technique. I regularly use past-paper questions, mark schemes and assessment objectives to help students understand how to structure high-scoring answers. Students receive immediate feedback and targeted support to improve accuracy and confidence.

Where appropriate, I incorporate practical understanding and real-life applications to make Chemistry meaningful and engaging. For online lessons, I use interactive tools to maintain focus and encourage active participation.
My approach is supportive but challenging. I create a calm environment where students feel comfortable asking questions while being motivated to aim for high achievement. My goal is not only to improve grades but to develop independent, confident learners who truly understand Chemistry.
