The lessons will be tailored to individual competencies and paced to that level of competency as well. The intention is good, clear and precise understanding of concepts bringing learner from nothing to everything about that topic. The timing will include breaks. The lessons will be tailored to individual competencies and paced to that level of competency as well. The intention is good, clear and precise understanding of concepts bringing learner from nothing to everything about that topic. The timing will include breaks. Exercises will be done during classes with take home assignments to keep the flow. The expectation at the end is ensuring that the learner is able to impart the same knowledge, not by rote memory, but an indepth understanding of core concepts around the subject.

Presentations will be in powerpoint and will be shared after each lesson to enable the learner to continue learning at home.
