Cheryl Fryers

I have always had a passion for history and English and I love planning fun and inspiring lessons which my learners love. Learning needn’t be a chore and I believe the more comfortable and encouraged and interesting the lesson is, then the easier it is to learn. I’ve helped many young people and adults reach their learning goals and go on to pass their subjects and be able to go on to their chosen careers when they’ve failed in the past. I studied my PGCE to Masters level and did my research on motivational learning and I employ and incorporate these techniques in my teaching. I am experienced teaching both in classrooms and online with groups and with individuals and love my subjects so much it is a joy for me to teach these. I have taught secondary school to adult learners. I also have worked in the corporate world and devised training schemes for companies and the structure for other tutors to deliver this training as well as myself. I have also taught Employment, IT, Maths, Customer Service, Rail health and safety and practices corporately. I have a diverse experience and a positive disposition and am very creative. At the moment I have space for new projects and am very excited to work with you to help you achieve your dreams, goals and aspirations.
