My name is Chenta Shayen. I am a translator who has just finished a TEFL course to teach English in foreign countries. In countries such as Chile, I have had the opportunity of gaining knowledge in teaching during my academic years, acting as a teachers assistant in schools. I was also awarded the opportunity of participating in a programme run by the University of Leeds, where we were able to help teach students Chinese as part of the Mandarin Excellence Programme. I am half Chilean, having grown up in England and gone to the Spanish school in London, therefore being able to dominate both of the languages efficiently, fluently and to a high-proficiency.
