I have worked in education for the last 18 years and have taught from Year 1 to Year 6, as well as tutored children for the past 16 years, from the ages of 6 to 16. I cater for each child’s individual needs and strive to make my lessons fun! I feel a trusting and friendly relationship with your child is important in helping them to progress in a confident way. By identifying any missing steps or areas of difficulty, I can best help your child to develop their knowledge and understanding of the curriculum, and build their confidence through focused support and teaching. The lessons are structured in a way which suits each individual and this can involve practical or abstract content. All my feedback I have received has been very positive which is lovely. All children with whom I have worked have gone on to exceed their expectations and have maintained contact with me over the years, keeping me updated with their successes which I love as they become part of my family!
