Each learner has a different learning style with some being audio others visual learners for example. I work with my learners to figure out the ways in which they learn best and so my teaching style is suited to each individual or group's needs. The lessons have a recap, new information and finally a real life or case study scenario to help the theory gain relevance as ith application is highlighted. This I have found makes complex scientific complex easier to grasp and I always tell my students, that if they can explains omething they learnt in class to a lay-person who has never been in a science class and have them understand it, then they have understood.
