I am able to change my lessons to suit the needs of the specific child I am tutoring. I understand that each child learns differently as well as having different requirements. I have also tutored a year 11 autistic boy with his English GCSE's - so I know I have the patience to take lessons slow and sometimes start from basics. I can teach at all levels of GCSE such as with spelling and grammar or structures of a paragraph. I hope I can make the lessons somewhat fun, and I will get to know the person I am tutoring before I make the lessons suited to them. I hope I can be someone that my student can trust and rely on as well as feel no pressure when it comes to completing my work. I understand that some students find some things (that other students find easy) difficult, so I am more than happy to stick to what they're comfortable with before I start to push them. I don't want my students to feel worried or scared about my lessons as I am very laid back. I'm happy to do some lessons where we do the work together (such as when we analyse poems) and some lessons will contain exam-like questions with examples of answers. These exam questions will be expected to be answered in exam considitons but I won't give those questions out until I know the student is ready. I really hope you consider me. I think we will have a lot of fun in learning!
