Tutorials with me will be friendly and conversational. They can be centred on learning styles that suit each individual and desired outcomes or of a more informal chat with examples or resources to work through together and me modelling answers.

This can be conversational and informal or more PowerPoint based, or use of an interactive whiteboard can be used for questions depending on how interactive you would like sessions.

Sessions are guided with the young person and we will conduct research together in choices, routes etc and guide critical thinking and longer term career goals. I like to involve the young person at all stages so we are building opportunity awareness and I can access readiness and motivation.

I can provide practical help with applications, routes, and provide advice and guidance in an unbiased way.

I will provide an Action Plan after each session so advice and next steps is structured and this can be kept by the young person to refer back to and reflect on.
