Charlie Martin

I am a friendly and patient tutor with a First Class degree in Physiological Sciences and previous experience studying Medicine. I have a strong academic background in Biology, Chemistry and Physics, having achieved A* grades in all three at A level.

My approach is to make lessons clear, engaging and tailored to the individual student. I focus on understanding concepts rather than simply memorising information, and I encourage students to ask questions and work through problems themselves. I am happy to adapt the pace and style of lessons depending on what a student finds most challenging.

I can help with Biology, Chemistry and Physics, as well as general science and exam preparation. I aim to create a relaxed environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and building confidence.
