The lessons will be centered around a realistic goal in which i and the student believe is achievable while still challenging them. This can be a song, technique, or simply an understanding on a key subject within guitar. For example, if we give the student a goal of a song they love that might be at an intermediate level but they are not there yet, then i will embed other songs/techniques into our lessons as to buildup the necessary techniques and with this in no time they will be able to reach the song they wish to play. This can also be applicable if they wish to learn guitar grading, where the necessary teaching will also be combined with the music that the student wishes to learn, and there is no prejudice on what sort of music that they want to learn.

Talking about my experience, firstly i am a grade 6 guitar player who has played for 11 years. I have taught younger students before as i have taught for a term a year 8 class guitar, which was then furthered into teaching students with SEN how to play. This was so insightful for me and also for them because it gave such a welcoming enviroment for them to express themselves. I have also for over a year now taught some independant guitar mainly to university students and adults at a beginner level. I can adapt to what is necessary to create the perfect enviroment for the student.

It will begin and end with having fun as that makes learning guitar so easy and rewarding by the end of it.
