My lessons are friendly, supportive and tailored to each individual student. I know that Science can sometimes feel overwhelming, so I focus on breaking difficult topics down into simple, manageable steps and giving students plenty of opportunities to ask questions and build their confidence.

At the start, I’ll find out which areas the student feels confident with and where they need some extra support. From there, I plan lessons around their individual needs, whether that’s going over topics they’ve found difficult at school, filling gaps in their knowledge or preparing for upcoming GCSE exams.

For GCSE students, I also spend time working through exam questions and teaching exam technique. As a GCSE Science examiner, I have a good understanding of what examiners are looking for and can help students understand how to structure their answers and pick up those important marks.

I have been teaching Science for 7 years and tutoring for 4 years, and I teach Biology, Chemistry and Physics at KS3 and GCSE level, including both Combined and Triple Science.

All of my tuition is online, with lessons designed to be interactive and focused on helping each student make progress at their own pace.
