I believe that everyone learns differently, and there is no single teaching method that works for every student. Some students benefit from regular revision and being asked to recall what they have learned, while others learn better through visual materials, listening, conversation, or practical exercises.
My lessons are therefore personalised to each student's level, goals and learning style. I don't believe that someone is simply "bad at languages" — with the right approach, consistent practice and encouragement, anyone can improve and become more confident.
During each lesson, I like to introduce new vocabulary, grammar or skills, while also revisiting material from previous lessons. This helps students build on what they already know and ensures that new knowledge is properly understood and remembered.
My aim is to create lessons that are supportive, engaging and structured, while adapting the way I teach to what works best for each individual student. I also want my students to feel comfortable using English in real-life situations, not only during lessons or exercises. I encourage conversation and help students build confidence when speaking, even if they make mistakes along the way. Mistakes are a natural and important part of learning a language.
Depending on the student's goals, we can focus more on speaking, vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, listening or everyday communication. I also enjoy using practical examples and topics that are relevant to the student's interests, making lessons more engaging and easier to remember. Most importantly, I want students to enjoy learning English and see their progress.
