I have a bulk of experience as a Cover Supervisor and was hugely commended in the past by a Maths department at a school I was requested to cover at for two weeks straight. I utilised a very pupil centred and client directed approach in how I delivered Maths and first identified their gaps in understanding and took it from there. I am a determined professional that always seeks to understand the student's learning style and implement it in my daily practice.

Due to my years of experience as a Cover Supervisor and private maths tutor I am aware that most students need increased engagement and approach teaching in a very visual and kinaesthetic manner through various forms of questioning so that the student can demonstrate what they've learnt so far. This form of teaching has led to outstanding grades and better performance on classroom tests and looking forward to providing that for you too. I also have years of experience in teaching Science from basic to GCSE level which led to high attaining grades mainly due to my role as an Academic mentor and degree in Biomedical Science.

I deliver lessons in a very eye-catching and personable manner. I take into account each student's learning style to ensure maximum learning potential. I ensure knowledge is retained over a prologued period through vigorous retrieval questioning based on prior content as well as a good understanding of mark scheme and course specification.
