About me:
Hello, I’m a 3rd-year Aerospace Engineering student on an MEng course. I studied Maths and Physics at A-level, achieving an A in both, and earned 9s in both subjects at GCSE. I have tutored in Maths, Physics and Chemistry at GCSE level, with a student improved their grades from 5s to 7 & 8s after a year of tutelage. I’ve also taught students aged 4–18 in musical theatre, which developed strong communication skills and the ability to adapt my teaching style to different learners.

Lesson approach:
My lessons are structured but mouldable to the students needs and how they learn best. We will start each lesson with a recap of the topic covered in the previous lesson to make sure you’ve retained what we covered. Then, we’ll go over any questions you may have, before moving on to the main focus of the lesson. I want to help you build a strong understanding of key concepts first, to then apply that knowledge to problems, this will help to boost both your confidence and accuracy.

I want to ensure my students are genuinely interested in what they’re learning by relating the topics they are studying to real-world examples, to show them how their studies can be applied outside the classroom. In my experience, when students understand why something matters, beyond wanting good grades, their motivation and confidence grow naturally.
