Caroldene Williams

I teach ESOL (English for speakers of other languages), and have been doing so for five years. I have been PTLLS certified since 2012, which means that I am competent in teaching a class of students, or an individual with diverse learning needs. I currently teach a class of Afghanistan women who have recently settled in the UK, of which some have had no previous formal education. I love teaching and motivating students to reach their goals. I take great pleasure in seeing the joy that comes from working hard and experiencing achievement. I am upper intermediate level B2 Spanish certified, and understand the challenges that come with learning a new language, and therefore feel that I am able to empathise and provide the needed encouragement and support for my students to continue, and overcome any barriers to their progress.
