My lessons are interactive, structured and adapted to each student’s level, learning style and personal goals. I like to begin by understanding what you want to achieve, whether that is improving your speaking skills, strengthening grammar and vocabulary, preparing for an exam, or simply becoming more confident using the language in everyday situations.

A typical lesson combines clear explanations with plenty of opportunities to practise. Depending on your needs, we may work on conversation, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, reading and listening activities, as well as role-play and real-life situations. I also use digital resources and engaging activities to make lessons varied and enjoyable.

As a qualified Modern Foreign Languages teacher, I have experience teaching languages at KS3 and KS4, including GCSE preparation, and working with students of different abilities. This has taught me how important it is to adapt the pace and level of challenge to each learner.

I aim to create a positive and supportive atmosphere where you feel comfortable speaking, asking questions and making mistakes. I will give you constructive feedback throughout our lessons and help you understand not only what to improve, but how to improve it.

My goal is for you to leave each lesson feeling more confident, with a clear understanding of what you have learned and what we will work on next.
