I am a high-achieving student offering friendly and effective online tutoring for GCSE Maths and English (Language and Literature). Having achieved Grade 9s in GCSE Maths, English Language, and English Literature, I understand exactly what examiners look for and how to help students reach the top grades. I am currently studying A-Level Maths, which means my mathematical skills and problem-solving abilities continue to develop at an advanced level.

My tutoring focuses on building confidence as well as improving grades. I explain difficult topics in clear, simple ways and adapt my teaching style to suit each student’s needs. In Maths, I can help with topics such as algebra, geometry, ratios, and exam technique, breaking problems down step-by-step so they become much easier to understand. In English, I support students with essay writing, analysis of language and structure, creative writing, and learning how to structure high-scoring exam answers.

Because I completed these exams recently, I know the current GCSE specifications and common mistakes students make. I can also share effective revision strategies, exam tips, and practice questions to help students improve quickly.

Lessons take place online in a relaxed, supportive environment where students can ask questions freely and work through problems at their own pace. My goal is not only to help students achieve higher grades, but also to help them feel more confident in their abilities.
