My online personal training sessions are inclusive, structured, and tailored to each client’s needs. I specialise in remote coaching for individuals seeking accessible, confidence-building fitness support whether they’re beginners, returning to exercise, or managing health conditions. I am currently completing a Level 4 qualification in Cancer and Exercise, which equips me to support clients affected by cancer with safe, personalised movement plans that promote recovery, strength, and wellbeing.

Each session includes warm-up guidance, targeted exercises, and cool-down strategies, with optional video demonstrations and written prompts. I also offer remote support between sessions progress tracking, reminders, and motivational check-ins to help clients stay consistent and feel supported.

My background includes swim instruction, lifeguarding, and sports coaching with Leeds City Council, where I’ve worked with children and adults of all abilities. I hold a Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training and a Level 2 Diploma in Exercise and Fitness Instructing, alongside professional memberships and safety qualifications. My approach is calm, encouraging, and focused on helping people feel stronger and more confident physically and emotionally.
