An hour long session where we go over work by learning the material and go over questions together until the students confidence has developed so they are happy and content when going into the exam room. If they do not understand a question we will think about it in other ways until we find a way of making sure the lesson is understood.

I know it feels daunting when first walking through the doors and it is perhaps the worst feeling there is! I know I have done my job well when my students do not have that feeling, when they feel confident and are feeling prepared for their exam.

Past papers are an integral part of this development and we will focus on these around the reach of subjects if there is an area that the student is struggling with in particular.

There is no better feeling than seeing a students grade increase and I look forwards to continuing this work.
