In my experience as a teacher I have learnt that every student has there on needs and so patience is the key. Every learner has there own potential and so to unlock that unrealized potential I give students research,home work and quizzes to evaluate performance. I encourage questions and also one on one online lessons for those who feel they need more hours to learn.

In my experience as a teacher I have learnt that every student has there on needs and so patience is the key. Every learner has there own potential and so to unlock that unrealized potential I give students research,home work and quizzes to evaluate performance. I encourage questions and also one on one online lessons for those who feel they need more hours to learn.
My lessons are mostly based on instructions but I also encourage open discussion in order to create a teacher learner relationship.
All my learners are equally important regardless of there race, nationality etc.. everyone is welcome ??
