Dagmar Bulcke

Hi, I’m Dagmar! I’m a multilingual professional with over 20 years of experience in translation, and language teaching. I love working at the intersection of communication and strategy, helping individuals and businesses connect across cultures to achieve their goals.

I’ve had the privilege of working with embassies, government bodies and the Cape Verdean diaspora, providing translation and interpretation for international congresses and business consultations. I also lead a fantastic team of language instructors, creating customized learning experiences for kids, adults, and seniors.

Fluent in Dutch, German, and English (and conversational in Portuguese and French), I’m passionate about cross-cultural communication, building relationships and creating meaningful impact. I’m all about helping people and businesses thrive in today’s modern and global world.

I’m the owner of StartCV Serviços Linguísticos, a language services company in Cape Verde.
