Hi, I'm Brittany! I'm a Graduate Entry Medicine student at the University of Chester, with an MSc in Behavioural Neuroscience and a five-year BA double majoring in Psychology and Sociology.

I offer online GCSE and A-Level Biology, Psychology and Sociology tutoring, alongside UCAT preparation and Medicine and Dentistry admissions support.

I have over 350 hours of one-to-one tutoring experience, supporting more than 60 students, alongside previous experience as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant in secondary and sixth-form education and a Graduate Teaching Assistant at university level.

My lessons are personalised, interactive and focused on helping students achieve real improvements. I don't follow a fixed teaching programme because every student has different strengths, learning needs and academic goals.

I begin by identifying areas where students are struggling, whether that's understanding difficult topics, recalling information or applying knowledge in examinations. From there, I develop targeted lessons using active recall, visual explanations, practice questions and examination techniques.

I use Pencil Spaces, an interactive online classroom where students can actively participate in lessons and revisit their notes, activities and worked examples afterwards.

My approach has helped students achieve significant academic improvements, including an A-Level Sociology student progressing from D/E grades to consistently achieving B grades in assessments. I have also supported multiple UCAT students in achieving scores above 2200.

I have extensive experience supporting students with additional learning needs, including autism, ADHD and dyslexia, and always adapt my teaching to suit the individual.

Whether you're looking to improve your grades, build confidence or prepare for important examinations, I'd love to help you achieve your goals!
