Before any session you may identify the particular topics you want to cover, together with any questions or exercises that you might have difficulties with. I will focus on the topics and questions that you have chosen and to find other relevant materials to help explain the critical elements of the topics to improve your understanding. I will often ask you to explain how you develop your thoughts in answering questions through which we could identify what to be learned. We’d work in a relaxed and informal environment without any worries of making mistakes.
For many students whom I help with it often took a long period of time to improve the maths undertaking and techniques. Hence you may want to start the tuition many months before the public exams, and bear in mind that I would normally take only one student.
