First of all, I try to understand the mentality of the students and make them feel comfort to talk with me. I try to give common examples and to elaborate the questions into our well known things. Eg: If in the questions it is mentioned that ALfha Beta Co has 1250 shares and it received 150 bonus shares and sold 100 of them, what is the exact number of shares does Alpha Beta has now? Suppose this was a question and junior student might get confuse looking this question. To make it easy I asked students to assume Alpha Beta co as him, shares as his favorite chocolates and this helps student to understand and solve the questions more easily. In between the class I try to talk something that is out of course/ study which help students to get refresh and learn new which is out of the study module.
