During my lessons I will first discuss/agree a learning goal/outcome you wish to achieve in that lesson (or check our understanding of where we are in our progress towards a longer-term learning goal/outcome). I will teach or remind you of visual note-taking techniques we will use to keep the learning exciting, engaging and memorable during our session. I will then take you through some basic information about the subject/artist etc, as you take visual notes. We will then have a discussion on whatever the most interesting aspects of the lesson have been so far for you. We will then move on to complete any tasks, or get clear on tasks/homework self-initiated research you will do between sessions, focussed on anything you need to achieve or learn to be successful in your school/college/academic studies outside our sessions.
