With 5 years of specialised musical theatre training and a PGCE in secondary Drama, I bring a wealth of professional expertise and formal teaching experience to my singing lessons. My background allows me to uniquely blend high-level vocal coaching with dramatic performance techniques, helping you not only sound incredible but truly connect with the story behind every lyric. Whether you are preparing for professional West End auditions, drama school entry, school exams, or simply want to sing for fun and build personal confidence, my lessons are structured and tailored entirely to your unique goals and musical interests.

Each lesson will begin with a vocal warmup and discussing vocal techniques to suit your personal vocal needs. We will focus on essential physiological skills such as deep breath control, vocal health, resonance, tone production, and projection, ensuring you build a strong, safe, and sustainable technical foundation. From there, we will begin working on a wide variety of songs and styles as well as discovering your vocal range. We can explore everything from contemporary musical theatre and classical showstoppers to commercial pop, rock, and jazz.

Beyond just hitting the right notes, my extensive background in secondary drama education means we will also deeply explore the art of acting through song. You will learn how to break down a musical script or lyric, understand complex character motivation, master stage presence, and effectively conquer any stage fright or performance anxiety. I pride myself on creating an incredibly warm, supportive, inclusive, and energetic environment where students of all ages can safely experiment with their voice, step out of their comfort zone, and unlock their full creative potential.
