Throughout our lessons, we focus on practical, results-driven strategies. We will regularly troubleshoot any obstacles, analyse your progress, and celebrate your successes—ensuring you stay motivated and on track. Each program is customised to your individual goals and experience level, whether you’re a complete beginner or an aspiring athlete.

You will have access to a dedicated app containing all your workouts, meal plans, and nutritional guidance, providing easy, on-the-go support. Additionally, I provide guides and eBooks to help deepen your understanding and keep you inspired throughout your journey.

With over 6 years of experience as a competitive bodybuilder—having competed in more than 10 bodybuilding shows—I bring a wealth of discipline, time management, and resilience to my coaching. My background has helped me transform my own life, build a successful business, and balance my studies in osteopathy alongside my other pursuits.

I’ve worked with a diverse range of clients—from complete beginners to seasoned athletes—and have helped each person prioritise their health, maximize their time, and unlock goals they once thought impossible. An absolutely fantastic trainer who focuses on making sure you have good form, pushes you to lift stronger weights, and most importantly makes it a really enjoyable session! I’ve made so much progress in our sessions with doing different lifts. Always look forward to my sessions with her and leave each session feeling really good!
