I have a background in Psychology and an MSc in Positive Psychology & Wellbeing, along with experience in education, mental health support, and working in high-pressure environments. This allows me to understand both the academic and personal challenges students often face.
My sessions are usually one-to-one and conversational, focused on creating a space where students can reflect, gain clarity, and develop practical strategies. Rather than using a rigid structure, I adapt each session to the individual’s needs.
We typically work on areas such as:
• managing stress and academic pressure
• improving focus and motivation
• building self-awareness and confidence
• developing effective habits and routines
I also use elements from positive psychology, including strengths-based approaches, to help students understand how to use their existing abilities more effectively rather than only focusing on problems.
The goal is not just short-term improvement, but helping students build skills they can use independently in their studies and everyday life.
My style is calm, realistic, and non-judgemental, with a focus on what actually works in real-life situations.
